  • August 2021: Darling Ingredients expanded its existing manufacturing facility that includes Nebraska’s first operation dedicated solely to poultry conversion. This expanded manufacturing unit may also facilitate protein conversion.
  • August 2021: Arla Foods Ingredients launched MicelPure™, a micellar casein isolate, in the market. The new micellar casein isolate contains a minimum of 87% of native protein, and it is low in lactose and fat, is heat-stable, and has a neutral taste. It is majorly used in RTD beverages, high-protein beverages, and powder shakes.
