- June 2022: Conagra Brands Inc. launched its extensive summer line of products to afford manufacturers inside single-serve frozen meals and collect brands with new dishes from Banquet, Marie Callender's, Wholesome Alternative, and Hungry Man. The motto of Conagra is to please consumers by serving nutritional food items such as frozen foods.
- August 2021: Magic Spoon, known for its innovative and delicious high-protein, keto-friendly cereals, added two new flavors to its original waffles. The two new protein cereal flavors are Maple Waffle, a classic morning recipe, and Cookies & Cream, a traditional dessert.
- August 2021: Kellogg India launched Froot Loops under its breakfast cereal range. Kellogg's Froot Loops have a delightful fruity flavor, a fruity scent, and vibrant colors. Each loop color is natural, incorporating a taste of mixed berries with citrus tones and a sweet fruity aroma. It is a multigrain cereal made from corn, wheat, and oats and is enriched with energy, protein, calcium, iron, and vitamins.

They offer a wholesome and nutritious alternative compared to traditional instant noodles.
- September 2022: Wai Wai expanded its product range by embracing the growing Korean culture in India and launched Spicy Korean-style hot noodles. These noodles are claimed to feature Bhut Jolokia, one of the world's spiciest chilies. This premium line of Wai Wai instant noodles comes in three distinct flavors: Akbari, Dynamite, and Pyro, targeting consumers in Northeast India.
- April 2022: Yu Foodlabs, an Indian brand specializing in instant meal bowls, unveiled two signature instant noodle bowls, each with its unique and delectable flavors. The first, known as "Zingy Cheese," features cheddar cheese, spring onions, and corn kernels. The second, "Chilli Manchurian," offers a spicy and savory twist on instant noodles, adding a distinct Indian flavor to the popular snack.
- November 2022: Kraft Heinz launched plant-based cheese slices. The dairy-free cheese slices were available in three flavors: American, cheddar, and provolone; they will be sold in the Cleveland area.
- August 2022: Saputo Inc. recognized the opportunity in the vegan cheese space and made strategic investments in the United Kingdom to prime itself for bringing vegan cheese to the marketplace. Saputo Cheese USA Inc., Lincolnshire, Ill., brought the Vitalite brand of plant-based, vegan-certified, dairy-free cheese from the United Kingdom to the United States.
- May 2021: Saputo announced that it purchased Bute Island Foods, the manufacturer and marketer of a number of plant-based cheese brands under its brand Sheese. Sheese was first launched on the market in 1988 as a soy-based product and is now known for its coconut oil-based vegan cheese products.
- August 2022: Mondelēz International, Inc. continued its strong track record of offering a wide range of snacking options for consumers by innovating to create new products or reformulating products that will not be classified as high in fat, salt, or sugar (HFSS) from beloved brands including belVita, Cadbury Drinking Chocolate, Maynards Bassetts and The Natural Confectionery Company.
- February 2022: Dr Schär UK Ltd., a gluten-free manufacturer, announced the acquisition of Glasgow-based bakery GDR Food Technology Ltd., t/a Just: Gluten Free Bakery. GDR specializes in gluten-free baked goods such as bread, rolls, teacakes, and flatbread.
- April 2021: Walker's Shortbread, the world's finest shortbread expert baker, is expanding its gluten-free range. The expanded content, certified by Coeliac UK, will be available exclusively in Sainsbury's stores across the country and will include three indulgent Walker's classics: shortbread rounds, chocolate chip shortbread, and ginger & lemon shortbread.
- February 2022: Taufika Group's Lovello Ice Cream brand announced the launch of a range of ice creams that included six different ice creams in four new flavors in Dhaka. The new range of ice creams included Choco Blast Mini, Coffee Blast, Premium Assorted Box 2.0, and Choco Hidden Heart.
- August 2021: Golden Harvest Group inaugurated its e-commerce venture, Golden Harvest Survus Ltd., which sees a fair share in the potential service market for restaurant booking, food delivery, grocery shopping, and medicine delivery. Food delivery is booming in Dhaka, as the number of daily orders served has roughly doubled amid the pandemic.
- February 2021: Thailand-based LENK Frozen Foods acquired Fahim Seafoods Pvt. Ltd., deepening its commitment to sourcing more black tiger shrimp from Bangladesh. With this new operation and brand, LENK Group aims to set advanced quality standards in Bangladesh's seafood sector.

- January 2022: Meal kit company Sun Basket merged with keto lifestyle company Pruvit Ventures to provide consumers with at-home, fully ketogenic meal kits. The transaction was an all-stock deal, with Sunbasket and Pruvit becoming wholly-owned subsidiaries of PSB Holdings, a new holding company.
- August 2021: Zing Bars, a subsidiary of American Licorice LLC, launched a new line of keto-friendly snack bars. The snack bars are gluten-free and plant-based and contain prebiotic tapioca fiber and organic brown rice protein.
- June 2022: Heinz launched a range of new cold ketchup in Canada. It's the same iconic, slow-pouring ketchup, now cold, with a label that turns icy blue when it's perfectly chilled. The new product by Heinz was available at participating Wendy's locations in Canada for a limited duration and at selected grocery stores in specially-marked display fridges.
- May 2022: HEINZ, the maker of the world's favorite ketchup and beloved condiments, is teaming up with Pulpex to develop a paper-based, renewable and recyclable bottle made from 100 percent sustainably sourced wood pulp. Innovating its iconic ketchup bottle, HEINZ is the first sauce brand to test the potential of Pulpex's sustainable paper bottle packaging for its range of world-famous condiments.
- November 2021: The Kraft Heinz company launched a new ketchup, the Marz Edition ketchup, made with tomatoes grown under the Martian soil condition. The company claimed that the tomatoes used for the Marz Edition ketchup were grown in extreme temperatures and soil conditions similar to that of the Red Planet.
- In August 2022, Lays launched a premium potato chips range, Lays Gourmet. In addition to the launch, the company also unveiled a TVC film to promote and uniquely position its product among customers.
- In June 2022, Daily Crunch, maker of Uniquely Crunchy (TM) sprouted nut snacks launched two new flavors at the 2022 Summer Fancy Food Show. The flavors included cinnamon java sprouted nut medley and Nashville hot sprouted almonds.
- In May 2022, Walkers (United Kingdom) premium potato crisp brand sensations added a range of unique flavors for Queen's jubilee. The flavors included spit-roast pork, apple sauce, baked cheese, and sweet honey.
