Vietnam’s share of the U.S. garment market increased to 19.9% in 2025 from 18.9% in 2024, while its share in Japan held at 18.5%. These export links support spending on sewing systems, automated cutting equipment, and apparel-specific finishing lines. The Vietnam textile machinery market remains anchored by apparel, even as other end uses expand faster.

Sanbang Textile committed USD 30 million in the same industrial park. Chinese manufacturers are gaining ground in entry-level and mid-range spinning and nonwovens where cost is important.
