The two companies have entered into a substantial 10-year long-term supply agreement valued at USD 1.9 billion, primarily centered on SiC products. Under the terms of this agreement, Vitseco will inject USD 250 million in investment to Onsemi for the acquisition of new equipment dedicated to SiC wafer production, boule growth, and epitaxy processes.
