  • February 2023: SAS Institute Inc. joined the Clean Energy Smart Manufacturing Innovation Institute (CESMII), the Smart Manufacturing Institute, to further promote the use of advanced analytics and artificial intelligence (AI) across manufacturing.
  • October 2022: Delta Bravo Artificial Intelligence Inc. joined the Cisco Digital Solutions Integrator (DSI) Program. The DSI Program selects strategic partners from Cisco's worldwide partner network to provide unique value and perspective to Cisco's most important customers. Cisco would work with Delta Bravo to provide manufacturing customers with a best-practice network and security architecture to support the Internet of Things (IoT), predictive analytics, and artificial intelligence (AI) efforts across multiple plants and facilities.

  • March 2023: Kind LED Grow Lights, one of the leading providers of LED grow lights, launched its latest product, the X1 Greenhouse LED Grow Light.   • April 2022: The P100-M Smart Greenhouse was officially opened by the Department of Agriculture's Regional Field Office 10 (DA-RFO 10) inside its research facility, the Northern Mindanao Agricultural Crops and Livestock Research Complex (NMACLRC) at Dalwangan, Malaybalay City, Bukidnon. The Ministry of Agriculture, Food, and Rural Affairs (MAFRA) of the Republic of the Philippines and the South Korean government collaborated on the cutting-edge agricultural project known as the Smart Greenhouse, which uses Smart Greenhouse Technology to produce strawberries, cherry tomatoes, and white potatoes in innovative ways.

  • March 2023: Landis+GyrTechnology Inc. and WEC Energy Group announced a partnership to expand the Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) coverage for gas and electric meters and develop the current managed services agreement through 2038. It includes 210,000 G480 ultrasonic gas meters, 750,000 AMI gas modules, and 204,000 advanced electric meters.
  • In March 2023, Siemens Smart Infrastructure introduced Connect Box, an open and easy-to-use IoT solution for small- to medium-sized buildings. The addition to the Siemens Xcelerator portfolio, Connect Box, is mainly a user-friendly approach for monitoring building performance, with the potential to optimize energy efficiency by up to around 30% and to substantially improve the overall indoor air quality in small to medium-sized buildings such as schools, retail shops, apartments, or small offices.
  • In May 2023, Delta, a global provider of power and thermal management solutions, announced a smart community hub enabled by its broader portfolio of IoT-based Smart Green Solutions. The "Intelligent Sustainable Connecting Hub" features an intelligent Operation Center with a multi-functional management platform for companies to manage critical operations, including carbon emissions inventory and renewable power matching. Moreover, the new VORTEX, cloud-based video surveillance as a service (VSaaS), the smart microgrid-supported EV charging infrastructure, and the energy-efficient data center solution demonstrate how Delta's solutions integrate seamlessly to ensure the sustainable development of many sectors.
  • February 2023 - Synechron, Inc., launched its Data Monetization Accelerator program.   • February 2023 - Aniview, a major vendor in video advertising technology and monetization, entered into a partnership with Evrideo, a cloud-based automated distribution provider for the CTV advertising market. Aniview and Evrideo’s combined state-of-the-art solutions are anticipated to bring together the industry’s best solution enabling the creation, distribution, and monetization needs of free ad-supported TV (FAST) network providers, broadcasters, and CTV device manufacturers (OEMs) worldwide.
  • April 2023 - Alibaba Cloud unveiled cheaper options for its Elastic Compute Service and Object Storage Service and a large language model to keep pace with the demand for cloud services. The new ECS Universal is claimed to offer the same stability as ECS while reducing costs by up to 40%, and is suited for running web applications and websites, enterprise office applications, and offline data analysis. The OSS Reserved Capacity (OSS-RC) would let its customers reserve storage capacity in a specific cloud region for one year, reducing capacity cost by up to 50%.
  • November 2022 - AWS opened India's Second Infrastructure Region. The second AWS Region enables Indian customers to have more alternatives to execute workloads with better resilience and availability, store data securely, and give end users even lower latency. By 2030, it is anticipated that the new AWS Asia Pacific (Hyderabad) region would provide more than 48,000 full-time employees annually, attributed to an investment of more than USD 4.4 billion in India.

  • October 2022: Google unveiled the Pixel watch, a smartwatch. The price of the Pixel Watch is USD 349 for the Wi-Fi-only device and USD 399 for the cellular version. This is between USD 50 and USD 100 less than the comparable Apple Watch Series 8 versions. Speaking of Apple, none of these Pixel Watches are compatible with the iPhone. Google has decided to restrict the use of the Pixel Watch to Android phones only, taking a cue from Apple.
