In July 2022, Aviat Networks, Inc., an industry player in wireless transport solutions, and Redline Communications Group Inc., a prominent supplier of mission-critical data infrastructure, announced that the acquisition of Redline by a subsidiary of Aviat had been completed following a statutory plan of arrangement under the Canada Business Corporations Act.
