  • September 2021: Hindustan Unilever Ltd announced that its famous detergent brand Surf Excel has transitioned to recyclable bottles made from 50% post-consumer recycled plastic while using 100% biodegradable actives in its formulations.
  • July 2021: Hindustan Unilever launched an in-store vending machine, Smart Fill, for its home care products. The vending machine was installed at Reliance Smart Acme Mall in Mumbai as a pilot project.

The company claims the product lasts up to 100 days. These products are designed with smart light technology and air freshener oils which are offered along with refills.
  • February 2022: P&G's Febreze brand launched its first-ever Scent of the Year. Ember is a fiery new fragrance that features notes of mandarin, amber, and lava, with experts at the Febreze Fragrance Group designing the Scent of the Year to reflect how consumers today are feeling and the scents they are craving in their home.

  • May 2022- Henkel Korea launched the 'Zero Mosquito' campaign. The campaign was launched to provide information about the dangers of mosquitoes in collaboration with the Korean Red Cross. By the end of 2022, Henkel intends to broaden the campaign by offering limited-edition insect repellents. The products will be available for purchase online until December 31, 2022.
  • May 2022- Spectrum Brand Holdings Inc., the maker of Cutter insect repellant, changed the visual identity of the product, which includes a new logo, redesigned packaging labels, and a more informative website. Furthermore, distinct elements on brand packaging highlight key product benefits such as length of protection, DEET percentages, and DEET-free alternatives. This will enable shoppers to locate the products which suit their needs.
  • February 2022: Wedze, the winter-sports brand of French giant Decathlon, partnered with Belgian innovator Resortecs to launch a fully recyclable ski jacket using the start-up's design-for-disassembly technology. Different from normal ski jackets, which are extremely difficult to recycle due to their complex material composition, this flagship is made of 63% recycled polyester, and 23% of the fabrics are dyed using dope dyeing - one of the most water-efficient dying techniques.
  • September 2021: Sustainable skiwear retailer EcoSki launched EcoSki Rental, Europe's first contemporary online skiwear rental service, in collaboration with rental giant MY WARDROBE HQ. Powered by MY VENTURES, the technology service recently launched by MY WARDROBE HQ, EcoSki Rental offers a practical, cost-effective solution for skiers wanting high-quality kits without the high-end price tag. The carefully curated range of kits includes everything from jackets, pants, helmets, and goggles to socks, baselayers, gloves, beanies, and avalanche equipment.
  • October 2023: Sigmatex extended its partnership with CCM Hockey for more than 5-years. The company claims this partnership resulted in CCM as the official outfitter of the American Hockey League, the Canadian Hockey League, and various NCAA and National teams.
  • October 2022: Bauer was set to release a stick under a new line called the AG5NT. The AG5NT is the lightest and quickest-release stick Bauer. Bauer focused on optimizing the stick's weight and durability. The Senior model weighs 335 g, 40 g more lightweight than the Hyperlite, and 30 g lighter than the Sync. This lighter build improved the stick's feel and increased the release speed.
  • July 2022: Bauer expanded the Vapor line with a full array of Hyperlite protective gear in 2022. With three price points in the new Vapor gloves and Hyperlite models for shoulder pads, elbow pads, shin guards, and pants, players can experience the Hyperlite line's combination of super-lightweight feel and elite-level performance across their entire protective kit. These gloves feature a variety of Pro Lite Tex material with cable mesh, the new Defense Cloud Tech foam on the backhand, and a molded Shocklite backhand plate. These materials combine for a 25% lighter weight than the previous generation's.
  • September 2023: Cat Footwear introduced the Invader Mid Vent, showcasing a range of innovative features. The Invader Mid Vent is equipped with a ReViveTech Engineered Comfort footbed, a 100% Post Industrial Recycled Lining featuring an NXT footbed cover, a durable EVA midsole, a robust nylon shank, a composite toe for added protection, and a rugged industrial-grade rubber outsole.
  • October 2022: Xena Workwear unveiled the Valence SD shoe, a Chelsea boot designed for dissipative purposes. This shoe comes with elastic side panels on both sides for ease of wear. It is available in two variants: one crafted from LWG Certified leather in a rich chestnut shade, and the other using vegan leather in a stylish onyx hue.

  • In November 2022, according to a statement by the Saudi Arabian Football Federation (SAFF), from the beginning of 2023, the nation's national football teams will receive their kit supplies from German sportswear giant Adidas rather than Nike.
