Their position reflected broad compatibility with stereolithography (SLA), DLP, and CLIP platforms used in dental, medical, and industrial applications, allowing suppliers to address multiple uses with related chemistry platforms and application-specific formulations. Thermoplastic resins served structural and high-temperature uses on fused deposition modeling (FDM) systems. These materials supported part designs where flexibility, temperature resistance, and geometry were more important than sub-50-micron resolution.
