The polish 3PL market is fairly fragmented including local and international players like CEVA Logistics, DHL, Ekol and DSV Group. The country works as a transit hub between Eastern and Western Europe, due to which the logistics center of Europe is shifting from Germany to Poland. Urban logistics is on the rise. The warehousing development activity in the first half of the year 2019 was very high at 2.25 million square meters. Upper Silesia is the most active market with 562,000 square meters of space under construction. The third-party logistics and retail, both traditional and e-commerce, created about 60% of demand for warehouse and industrial space across the country.
