• March 2023: Google LLC (Alphabet Inc.) has announced Plans to integrate artificial intelligence into health related initiatives, including an update on the use of language generation technology in medical examinations and AI assisted research, ways to help consumers find information more quickly through Internet searching and tools to help developers build healthcare apps throughout the world.
• November 2022: Moveworks, a pioneer in corporate conversational AI, partnered with Wipro Ltd, a renowned technology services and consulting firm. Due to the partnership's collaborative solutions, customers may turn their IT departments from cost centers to strategic assets. These collaborative solutions offer a scalable, cost-effective IT solution that enhances operational efficiency and employee happiness.
• May 2022: DRUID, a global leader in conversational artificial intelligence (AI) technology for enterprise productivity, and BARQ Systems, one of the leading regional IT services providers serving business and government clients in the Middle East and Africa (MEA), announced a partnership to accelerate digital transformation and RPA implementations in the region. The combination of the two organizations' team expertise, strengths, and portfolios would provide measurable value to businesses in the public sector, enterprise, finance, insurance, health industry, and services.

• October 2023 - O2 Telefónica and the European mobile communications provider Transatel would work closely in Germany in the future. The two companies signed an agreement incl. mid-term access to O2 Telefónica's strong 5G network. They together, expanded the range of connectivity solutions in the German market, e.g., for the automotive sector. Transatel, a subsidiary of NTT Group, will offer Internet-of-Things (IoT) and machine-to-machine (M2M) applications for industrial companies via the O2 Telefónica mobile network. Transatel also offers a data roaming service for residential and business customers under the Ubigi brand.
• October 2023 - M2M Services and Alula joined forces to redefine the future of smart security solutions. The merger with M2M opens up new horizons for Alula and combines the expertise to set new benchmarks for quality, engineering, and innovative security offerings. 

• April 2023: Honeywell announced that Globalwort chose its connected technology to improve operational efficiency, support sustainability efforts, and enhance the occupant experience across the Globalworth portfolio of commercial office buildings in Romania and Poland. Globalworth is likely to use Honeywell Forge for Buildings solutions, a comprehensive approach to building system operations and management, to improve performance and reduce energy consumption across its facilities from a single control point.
• March 2023: Schneider Electric began constructing its new smart factory in Dunavecse, Hungary. The new site will span 25,000 m2 and employ 500 people, with a EUR 40 million (USD 44.13 million) investment planned. As Europe accelerates through the energy transition and strengthens its energy independence, this new smart factory is expected to increase capacity to meet increased demand.

• September 2023 - BMW Group has extended a cloud computing and services partnership with Amazon Web Services (AWS) to deliver various IoT and AI capabilities to extend driver assistance (ADAS) features in new vehicles launching in 2025, with AWS collaboration draws on a "pre-existing" 'cloud data hub,' already on AWS; It will make further usage of cloud-based compute and storage, plus also IoT sensing and AI sense-making tools, including generative AI and machine learning.
• March 2023 - Accenture announced that it was acquiring Flutura, a provider of data science and Internet of Things (IoT) services, for an undisclosed amount to expand the industrial AI services offered under the Applied Intelligence brand. 
• January 2023 - Servify, a device management startup, acquired Jubi.ai, an engagement platform with AI capabilities. After the transaction, Jubi.ai will be a part of Servify. The Jubi.ai team will be a part of Servify's tech, product, and innovation teams. The firm is partnering with Servify at an optimal moment as more businesses aim to provide clients with AI-driven engagement solutions.

• February 2023: Microsoft launched "Binging," a cutting-edge search engine driven by AI. This innovative search engine is powered by a state-of-the-art OpenAI model, specifically fine-tuned to optimize search capabilities. The new OpenAI model draws from the expertise of ChatGPT and GPT-3.5, resulting in even faster and more precise search technology.
• November 2022: Google introduced local search features that were previously showcased earlier in the year. These features include the ability to search your surroundings using your phone's camera. Google has also unveiled an option to search for restaurants based on specific dishes and a new search functionality integrated into Google Maps' Live View.

• January 2023: China is expanding the smart highway network as part of new infrastructure construction. The 157-kilometer highway from Chengdu to Yibin is being called China's first "total factor" smart highway. There is a smart pillar every 800 meters, equipped with radar and cameras to collect road information. This allows drivers to be informed by phone or apps about traffic or accident problems ahead of them and to receive suggestions for alternative routes. • November 2022 - The flagship company of the Spark Minda group, Minda Corporation, entered into a technology license agreement with LocoNav for the white-labelling of telematics software. Through this collaboration, Spark Minda will combine software developed by LocoNav for its own telematic devices to offer Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) a comprehensive solution.
• October 2022 - Borq's Technologies has forayed into two and three-wheeler automotive space by developing the Telematics Control Unit (TCU) and has successfully demonstrated the newly developed TCU in India. The newly developed TCU is installed on a two-wheeler, enabling the connected 2-wheeler to provide mobile telephony, data connectivity, vehicle diagnostics, location services, remote vehicle control, battery management, and sensing capabilities.

• March 2023 - Monogoto, a cloud-based cellular network provider, has announced a new roaming agreement with Skylo Technologies, a Non-Terrestrial Network (NTN) service operator. This new partnership lowers developers' barrier to adding satellite connectivity to existing public and/or private networks on Monogoto Cloud, giving the world's most economical and accessible solution for NB-IoT Satellite connectivity for asset monitoring solutions. Also, SODAQ, a low-power tracking and sensing system developer, will unveil a new asset-tracking trial kit using Monogoto connection and network.

• April 2023: The technology firm Continental, in collaboration with HERE Technologies, a leading location data and technology platform, announced their partnership to equip all of IVECO's commercial vehicles operating within the European Union with Intelligent Speed Assistance and fuel-saving capabilities. These cutting-edge features will be seamlessly delivered through Continental's eHorizon platform, which aggregates and deploys HERE map content. Furthermore, data exchange will be facilitated by Continental's scalable 4G/5G telematics control unit.
