  • April 2023: Air France-KLM and the CMA CGM Group announced the launch of the long-term strategic air cargo partnership they made public in May 2022. The initial duration of this partnership is 10 years and will see Air France-KLM MartinairCargo and CMA CGM Air Cargo combine their complementary cargo networks, full freighter capacity, and other dedicated services.
  • July 2023: One Air, a new cargo airline based in the United Kingdom, began its operations with a single freighter, the Boeing B747. With this, the airline became the only UK airline operating the Boeing B747 freighter.
  • In June 2023, BBN Airlines introduced the first Airbus A321 Passenger-to-Freighter converted cargo aircraft to Turkey. With the addition of the converted freighter, BBN Airlines' Turkish subsidiary now has a total of five aircraft.
  • In February 2022, IAI announced its plan to open a new facility with Sharp Technics at South Korea's Incheon Airport for the conversion of Boeing B777s in 2024. IAI Aviation Group signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) with the Incheon International Airport and Sharp Technics to establish a Passenger 2 Cargo (P2F) conversion site in South Korea.

February 2023- Gama Aviation received a seven-year contract worth USD 79.99 million (GBP 65 million) to operate and maintain WAAC's primary fleet of four Airbus H145 helicopters, which fly from bases in Cardiff, Caernarfon, Dafen, and Welshpool. The operations will start from 1 January 2024. Under the contract, Gama Aviation will also maintain the charity's backup H145 helicopter.

May 2022- Jet Aviation announced that it signed a completion contract for a BBJ MAX 9. The design was created by an external designer and will be engineered, crafted, installed, and certified in-house at Jet Aviation.

August 2021: Honeywell and InfiniDome collaborated on the development and delivery of GPS signal protection systems for various vehicles, including commercial and military aircraft, urban air mobility (UAM) platforms, unmanned aircraft systems (UAS), and surface vehicles.

August 2021: Topcon was awarded a contract by DDK Positioning Ltd. to supply hardware components for the global navigation satellite system (GNSS).

January 2023: Saint-Gobain, through its Chryso business, made an announcement regarding the acquisition of Matchem in Brazil. Additionally, they entered into exclusive negotiations to acquire IDP Chemicals in Egypt.

August 2021: Arkema S.A. signed an agreement for the acquisition of Ashland's Performance Adhesives business, a first-class leader in high-performance adhesives for industrial applications. This acquisition is part of Arkema's strategic plan to become a pure Specialty Materials player by 2024.

  • February 2023: India's state-owned Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd (HAL) unveiled a full-scale model of the single-engine Hindustan Lead-in Fighter Trainer-42 (HLFT-42). It is being developed to instruct future Indian Air Force pilots operating fourth- and fifth-generation fighters.
  • December 2022: Bloom Supersonic unveiled a new turbofan engine, the Symphony engine, designed for net zero carbon efficiency and quiet operation. This engine is being developed by three companies: Florida Turbine Technologies (FTT) for engine design, GE Additive for additive technology design consulting, and StandardAero.
  • September 2022: Boom Supersonic and Rolls-Royce ended their collaboration in the development of commercial supersonic jets.
  • June 2021: The Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency announced that the supersonic planes it is developing, along with Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Kawasaki Heavy Industries, and Subaru will be developed by 2030.
  • February 2021: Spike Aerospace and Tech Mahindra's Aerospace and Defense partnered together to work on the S-512 supersonic jet program.
  • In December 2022, SZ DJI Technology Co., Ltd. (DJI) developed a compact, ultra-lightweight camera drone, DJI Mini 3, which weighs less than 249 grams. 
  • In June 2022, DJI launched DJI RS 3 and DJI RS 3 Pro, incorporating a range of new features, including a redesigned axes-locking system making the process of recording videos and capturing high-resolution images automated. By turning on the gimbal, the automated axis locks release and unfold the gimbal, allowing the operator to get started in seconds.
  • In December 2021, DJI introduced its latest agriculture drone in its crop protection series, named the DJI AGRAS T20. The DJI AGRAS T20 can carry a maximum payload of 20kg and is equipped with eight nozzles and high-volume pumps that can spray at a rate of up to six liters per minute.

June 2022: Jordan received a letter of offer from Lockheed Martin for the sale of eight new production F-16 Block 70 aircraft. The acquisition of these advanced aircraft will further enhance Jordan's existing fleet capabilities.

November 2021: United Aircraft Corporation began production of the Sukhoi Checkmate at its Siberian facility. This single-engine 5th generation fighter jet is being developed as part of a partnership between the UAE and Russia, as per a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed in 2017. The Sukhoi Checkmate was unveiled as a prototype at the MAKS 2021 and is currently on display at the Dubai Air Show 2021. This project is aimed at meeting the UAE's need for a single-engine fighter jet with advanced capabilities.

  • August 2022: Bombardier ordered the first Challenger 3500 Business Jet based in Europe for use in charter operations with Air Corporate SRL.
  • May 2022: In May 2022, Turkish Aerospace Industries (TUSAS) ordered one special-mission Cessna Citation Longitude and two special-mission Cessna Citation Latitude jets.
  • May 2022: Bombardier unveiled the aircraft Global 8000.
  • August 2022: The first Challenger 3500 Business Jet based in Europe has been firm ordered by Bombardier for use in charter operations with Air Corporate SRL.
  • July 2022: In July 2022, the Cessna Citation Longitude Marine Patrol Aircraft was introduced by Textron Aviation Special Missions.
